• Each user is allowed to maintain only one NanoJobs account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activities performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.

2️⃣ Use of the Platform

• The platform may only be used for legal and ethical purposes.
• Users may post or complete microjobs and freelance services according to platform rules.
• Fake work, plagiarism, automation, or misleading submissions are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to abuse the system may result in immediate action.

3️⃣ Payments, Earnings & Commission

• Buyers must fund jobs before order confirmation.
• Sellers receive payments after successful completion and approval.
• A service or processing fee may be deducted from transactions.
• The 10-level referral commission system is subject to platform rules.

4️⃣ Withdrawals, Refunds & Deposits

• Withdrawals are processed according to NanoJobs withdrawal policies.
• Refunds are issued only under valid and approved conditions.
• Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of task completion.
• The decision of NanoJobs support team will be final.

5️⃣ Prohibited Activities

Users are not allowed to:

• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Share third-party payment links or promote external platforms
• Use abusive, hateful, or harmful language
• Attempt to bypass NanoJobs for direct payments
• Engage in spam, fraud, or referral abuse

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

• All content, including text, logos, and design, is the property of NanoJobs.
• No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

NanoJobs shall not be responsible for:

• Delays in service or task completion
• Disputes between users
• Losses caused by misuse of the platform

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
